# Privacy, in plain words

> CodersBee's privacy policy in plain words: what a small school collects (name, contact, child's first name and age), GA4-only analytics, no third-party trackers, recordings on request, and how to see or delete your family's data.

## What we collect, and why

When you book a demo or enrol, we ask for what a small school needs and no more: your name, email and/or phone, and your child’s first name and age. It lives in our own secure store and is used for exactly two things — running your child’s classes and replying to you. **We never sell it, rent it, or share it** with anyone outside CodersBee. WhatsApp is for class slots and progress notes, not marketing blasts.

## Your child in the classroom

You’re welcome to sit in on any class — it’s your class too. Session recordings are available to you on request. Your child’s name, photo, or work appears publicly (a portfolio, a testimonial) **only with your explicit consent**, never by default.

## Cookies and analytics

We run one analytics tool — Google Analytics — to understand which pages help parents and which don’t. No advertising pixels, no session recording of visitors, no third-party trackers. The free labs and games run in your browser; the things children make there stay on their device unless they choose to save or share them.

## Seeing or removing your data

Email [manisha@codersbee.com](mailto:manisha@codersbee.com) and we’ll show you what we hold about your family, correct it, or delete it — your choice, no forms, no waiting period beyond the time it takes to do it.
