## The demo class

Free. There’s nothing to refund, and nothing charged behind it.

## 1:1 live classes

You pay per class — no big packages — so a refund question is usually small to begin with. The principle is simple and fair in both directions: **any classes you’ve paid for but not yet taken are refunded in full, no questions asked.** A class that has already happened is our teacher’s prepared, given time — like any class your child has attended, it can’t be un-taught, so completed classes aren’t refundable. If something felt off about a session, tell us — we’d rather make it right in the next class than hide behind a policy.

## Self-paced PlayCamps

If a camp turns out not to be a fit for your child, tell us and we’ll refund you — we’d rather return the fee than have a family feel stuck with it. One honest ask: tell us _early_, not after finishing the whole camp.
